Short stay in a great location.
The friendliness of the staff: they were incredibly helpful. The location is also great, close to the Oosterpark and Artis Zoo. I also very much appreciated the old architecture and how they managed to have a modern hotel in an old building.

The hotel is close to city center, nearby tram stop and from outside looks so beautiful! Check in and check out were fast
Being a 4 stars, for the price we paid, we would have expected a cleaner room. Room was never getting so warm as well.

Very Good
Excellent location, staff very good and very accommodating when we arrived earlier than planned. A great place to stay and would definitely stay again.
The quality of the breakfast could have been better, it was just not quite on point with the rest of the hotel.
